I purchase a silverado 2021 and started having problems with the OnStar about 4 months after the purchase. I took it back to get it fixed and the staff at the repair center told me they needed to order the antenna for OnStar and that they will call me as soon as they get it. A few weeks went by and no call from them. I had to call to get an update and they told me the part had been there for a while and to take my truck in. I did and they kept the truck for 3 days. When I went back to see if it was ready no one knew what was done to the truck, it had just been there sitting without getting checked or repaired. Long story short; I’ve taken my truck to this dealership 3 times for the same thing and nothing has been done to it. Same thing every time. Some of the people in this place do not take their job seriously and give a very bad experience after the purchase.
I have talked to and emailed Elizabeth Torres multiple times about buying a pearl white 70th anniversary C8 coupe. She said there there is one available that is in transit available for $83,840. I agreed to purchase it. She set up an appointment for an appraisal of the trade in. She also said that the finance department will contact me to place the deposit. I drove my car over 14 hours from Fort Bliss for the appointment and also had to pay for a return flight. I have left multiple messages with the finance department. They have never called me back. It turns out she lied about the car being available. I was also contacted by Rene Lopez. When I called him back, someone answered and said: no say hablo english, and then hung up. How are y'all in business with employees this worthless? The owner should be ashamed of being so incapable of running a business.
The worst dealership in the Valley. From start to finish. Sales Manager, Customer Service, Service Department. Bought a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 with 13K miles on it. Suppose to be certified. Plates never came in.. Nightmare trying to get them was told not our problem.. Drove the truck about 2 months less than 2K miles and check engine light comes on. My oil was down to 18 % and at this moment GMC in Brownsville is seeing what the problem is. Can not reach service department here at Bert Ogden.. The Service manager is always out, GM always out, Sales manager always out, finance never answers..
Very unprofessional Dealership. We were misled the entire transaction that the vehicle was available and ready to go. We asked for additional pictures which they send and minutes later we submitted an application with pre-approval. They said they would contact us shortly and all day yesterday no call or communication. They pulled credit report and kept us waiting. They Re-listed the vehicle this morning with a higher price and called to tell us the vehicle was sold. Very disappointing experience, I have deal with small dealerships and up to Lamborghini dealerships in the past and this one is by far the worst ever. BE AWARE!
I was at Bert Ogden Chevrolet this weekend looking for a preowned car. I was immediately acknowledged by a young lady named Valeria Sotelo. I was pretty clear what I was looking for as far as payment and bodystyle of car I needed. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and had a great personality. She started looking for something to fit my needs. I honestly wasn't thinking of finding anything in the store. With the help of her manager and Raymundo Villarreal. I was able to walk out with a sport utility vehicle, with the payment I wanted the same afternoon. Thank you all for making it a great experience. Their customer service was the best!
This Dealership doesn't care about the Customer after the sale and they employ in my opinion deceptive trade practices. With a D- BBB rating I wouldn't recommend this Dealership to anyone

Ogden Chevrolet has a 2021 Corvette advertised on Facebook for $82,000, which is a good price for that car. I spent three days on FB Messenger with Sam Garcia asking questions about the car. Today I was asking about shipping it to Austin and confirming the $82,000 price when Same comes back to tell me there's a "Market adjustment of $20,000" WHAT? Advertise it at $82,000, negotiate with me for 3 days, send me a window sticker showing a price of $82,000 and then $20,000 for some BS market adjustment. These folks are either idiots or liars - or maybe both.
Don’t waste your money here. They do not care. They have to much. I bought a 2021 crap of Escalade with no resolution. The GM Jakob doesn’t care to rectify anything to make his customer happy after selling me a lemon. Thanks Jakob! You wasted my time and money Run from this place
Very professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and made the whole transaction very easy. Hector was our salesman and he made sure everything went smooth and quickly. They have lots to choose from and once we made our selection the process only took about an hour and we were on our way home with our new car!! ??????
They use bait and switch tactics. We agreed on a car and price and when we went to pick up they changed the car and said "if we want the car we picked, we would have to pay an additional $7,000!" Run away! They are horrible to work with and their customer service is non-existent. GM should be fired... I've submitted complaints with the BBB and the state of Texas. Everyone should be aware of what they do and go elsewhere!
Visited the Bert Oden Cadillac Servicing department on Tuesday, Nov. 20th. John, one of the Servicing agents assisted me as soon as arrived early in the morning. Within an hour and 15 minutes, the wheel rotation was done, the oil had been changed, and the vehicle checklist had been completed.
